What marketing services do I need?
As part of our creative process and methodology, we proudly offer in-person and virtual marketing consultations at no cost to prospective clients. Our team can help you and your organization perform a short or in-depth marketing assessment. This assessment evaluates areas of business marketing strengths and weaknesses. We essentially help you recognize marketing things you do that work, do not work, and need to be improved.
For schools, we have a special school marketing resource folder that helps you evaluate your outreach, recruitment, and enrollment efforts.
Where is Fifth Sun Pictures located and what areas do you cover?
Our headquarters is based in South Los Angeles, California. Most of our clients and staff are in Los Angeles, but we can travel to nearby cities if needed.
How long does the film production process take?
Our standard film production process takes 4 weeks. We work with you one-on-one or facilitate meetings with your staff to create a script, schedule filming events, and ultimately deliver a high-quality video product.
* The time commitment for a school marketing video project is between 1 to 5 hours per week. We can work with your schedule and understand that your bandwidth and capacity may fluctuate.
For nonprofits and enterprises, we often customize the film production process based on the size of your organization and the scope of work. Our role as Fifth Sun Pictures is to guide and facilitate the production process while empowering your staff, volunteers, and leadership to share their subject matter expertise and shape the final video product.
What insurances does Fifth Sun Pictures maintain?
We maintain various forms of insurance to protect our clients and our staff. Our insurance includes General Liability, Business Owner Liability, Rented & Non-owned Vehicles Liability, and Worker’s Compensation. You may request ACORD certificates, and we can add your organization as an additional insured.

Is Fifth Sun Pictures a school district vendor?
Yes! Since 2019, Fifth Sun Pictures has been an approved and preferred LAUSD vendor. Every month we help multiple schools update their school marketing video, manage their social media accounts, and execute marketing plans.
Fact: During the pandemic, we helped thousands of students and families celebrate graduation virtually.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, credit cards, and ACH payments.
If you’re an LAUSD school, your financial manager can create a purchase order with our formal estimate.
